Miesto konania Brno, je v rámci geografického usporiadania zemí V4 najlepším riešením pre všetkých zúčastnených. Brno je taktiež metropolou južnej Moravy.
Cieľom konferencie je prezentácia vedeckých a technických poznatkov špecialistov pracujúcich vo svetelno-technickej praxi a možnosť výmeny nových poznatkov v týchto odvetviach medzi Českou republikou, Maďarskom, Slovenskom a Poľskom a samozrejme taktiež i medzi ostatnými krajinami. Dúfame, že konferencia umožní oživiť súčasné a vytvoriť nové kontakty. V rámci konferencie bude možné navštíviť niektoré zaujímavé miesta na juhu Moravy.
V rámci konferencie sa uskutoční výstava výrobcov a predajcov svetelnej techniky. V rámci konferencie bude možné navštíviť Brnianske pamätihodnosti a iné regionálne pamätihodnosti. Súčasťou programu konferencie bude návšteva národného archívu vín vo Valticiach a prechádzka loďou po Brnianskej priehrade.
Rokovacie jazyky konferencie:
Český, maďarský, poľský a slovenský (angličtina na posteroch).
Miesto konania konferencie:
Konference se bude konat v prostorách hotelu SANTON na Brněnské přehradě (www.hotel-santon.com). Stravování bude zajištěno v místě konání konference.
